  • To enable other users to collaborate with you through shared Appointments

  • To create and support your Termin3 organization

Your name, image, and phone number

  • To show in your user profile

Organization name, business activity and working time

  • To create and support your Termin3 organization

During your course od work, we also collect automatically the following non-personally identifiable information:

Geo-location and language of your device

  • To localize and improve your experience with the Termin3
  • To comply with local law restrictions

Device identifiers such as IP, MAC address, etc.

  • To provide account support
  • To calculate anonymous, aggregate analytics on the number of unique devices using Termin3

Tracking data such as sessions and screen views

  • To learn more about how Termin3 is used
  • To improve the features and usability of Termin3

Actions you perform, type of device and software you use

  • To administer Termin3
  • To improve the features and usability of Termin3
  • To suggest you Termin3 products that can enhance your use

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, or as long as it is needed. For example, we may keep certain information even after you stop using Termin3 if it is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce this agreement.

When you use Termin3 on your device, information you save is stored locally on that device. When you sync your account with Termin3, that information is replicated, and you give your consent for it, on our server provided by Server4You located in Germany.


We are committed to, and take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information.

We use SSL (secure socket layer) industry standard encryption technology to secure transport of your personal information. However, internet cannot be 100% secure, so you acknowledge here that you do it at your own risk.

Our server provider protects storage of your personal information on our server by using a combination of administrative, physical and logical security safeguards.

Protection of personal information stored locally is up to you, so we urge you to make use of the security features on your device.

We keep your passwords as hash values and we are not able to recreate them. In addition, we don’t provide 2-factor authentication so it is up to you to keep them safe.

If we learn of a security system breach, we will notify you via email and provide information on protective steps.


If you delete some information and then sync your account, it will no longer be accessible to you and other members of your organization. Our back-up and archiving system may or may not retain residual copies of your deleted information.


We do not SPAM you. We may send you from time to time some promotional emails related to updates, feedback and special product offers. We consider your using of Termin3 as your acceptance to receive this type od communication. You will continue to receive account and collaboration related notifications, even if you unsubscribe from promotional emails.

Third parties

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers and other third parties.

However, we may provide your personal information to third parties in the following cases:

  • With your consent
  • To carry out your instructions
  • To provide features to you
  • When it is required by law
  • To protect us, our customers, visitors and public
Your choices

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal and non-personal information you provide to us.

You may decline to share certain personally identifiable information with us, in which case we may not be able to provide to you some of Termin3 features.

Termin3 uses cookies, web beacons and other similar technologies to automatically collect tracking data.

You can configure your browser to reject cookies or notify you when a cookie is being used. However, if you configure your browser to reject cookies, you may not be able to take advantage of all Termin3 features.

If you do not want to receive web beacons, you will need to disable HTML images in your email client, but that may affect your ability to view images in other email that you receive.

If you stop using Termin3 due to any reason, you may contact us to request deletion of your data.

You may opt out from promotional emails at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided in these emails.


We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent. If we learn that we have obtained personal from children without such consent, we will promptly delete it.

Policy change

We may need to update this Policy from time to time to keep pace with changes in Termin3, our business and law. We will notify you via email you provided if changes are meaningful. Nevertheless we recommend that you periodically check back here to stay informed of any changes. We will ask for your consent to changes if required by applicable law; in other cases, please note that your continued use of Termin3 after any change means that you agree with them. If you disagree with any changes, you need to stop using Termin3.
